What is FETCH? (http://Fetch.Delivery)

FETCH allows you to get “Anything You Want” in an hour or so. One driver will run multiple errands and deliver to you locally at home, work or a friends house. Tell us what you want and we will deliver it! Food, Beverages, Groceries, Dry Cleaning, Drug Store, Flowers, Gifts and more…

Is it available in my area?

Currently we are beta testing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Hang tight as we prepare to go global!

How do I find what I want?

Select category you want, enter business or address, select or enter delivery items and the nearest FETCH driver will pick up from one or multiple locations.

How much does it cost?

FETCH delivers anything within 2 miles for $5 + 10% of items ordered.

What are the hours?

We have FETCH drivers in Santa Fe 8a to midnight. Considering we also have UBER/LYFT Drivers we may have people available 24/7.

What can I ask for?

Anything you want from multiple locations as long as it’s legal. Alcohol delivery is illegal in certain states including New Mexico.

Do you shop for and deliver groceries?

Yes, you can create a detailed shopping list with photos.

Do you deliver pets?

Not at this time.

How do refunds work?

Your orders are with the FETCH drivers. They make the purchase on your behalf in your name. Thus, you are the purchaser and final user. All returns will be made by consumers without involving FETCH.  We will do everything possible to resolve disputes.

Who are the FETCH.DELIVERY drivers?

FETCH drivers are independent contractors that we carefully vet and run background checks. These people make their own hours and schedule. Do you want to be a FETCH driver? Fill out the application at http://FETCH.DELIVERY


PAYMENT AND INCIDENTS

When will my order arrive?

As long as you have an assigned FETCH driver you can follow them real time and communicate with any questions. If you do not have a FETCH driver assigned, your order remains in the system as pending. In any case, if you would like to cancel your order and you can do it yourself at no cost while the order is pending.

There are missing or wrong products in the order.

If you have received an incomplete or wrong order, contact FETCH driver and they will get back to you promptly with a solution.

The order has not arrived in good condition.

If the order has not arrived in good condition contact your FETCH driver and they will work with you right away on a solution.

What if I want to modify my order?

If you want to change your order just contact your FETCH driver via phone or messaging within the app. Since a FETCH driver accepts your order, you both have each other’s phone to answer any questions that may arise in the most effective way. If you want to add items then you must place another FETCH order.

How do I cancel?

Need to cancel? You can cancel if the order is still pending. If the order has already been processed by a FETCH driver, you must bear the costs of transport and, if the purchase was made, the product.

What type of bank cards do you accept?

We use Stripe and accept credit/debit cards.

How do I pay my driver?

FETCH app will request a credit/debit card.

This is not what I ordered! What do I do?

What happened? This is not what I ordered! If you placed the order please contact the vendor directly to resolve. If the FETCH driver made a mistake please contact the driver directly to resolve.

I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

Please follow promo code instructions within the app. *See Summary page.
